Stopping the fighting in the dog parks

It had been a long day for me one time and then I had to walk a dog that seemed to want to fight with others in a park.
I actually had brought a stick with me so I had that to force the dogs away from the dog I was walking. I would get a few little bites and nips from time to time but I always remained strong and firm with the dogs.
It was a hard task but I focussed on the situation. This was the hardest time I had as a dog walker and getting free accommodation for my troubles was important!
