Sydney's CR & TS placed 39 students in exciting hospitality jobs last month. Relationships with new industry clients are being developed everyday, and most recently CR & TS were able to secure part-time pastry cook positions for students at Pier, one of Sydney's best restaurants.

Students lucky enough to obtain paid work at this prestigious restaurant
will be given the opportunity to gain the valuable skills needed to become
a professional within the hospitality industry. Carrick students have also
recently secured jobs at the Intercontinental, Le Montage and the Vibe
Hotel in a number of roles including front office reception, food &
beverage and human resources.

In addition, CR & TS sent 18 lucky Cookery students to the Australia Jockey Club to work at a prestigious Melbourne Cup event in Sydney! Sydney students are encouraged to contact us.
